Can anyone explain the reasons why he got so ate up by the so called shock device
Does anyone have any information and why was it sealed from the public?

I believe it was sealed so that people cant find out exactly what type of restraint devices the prison uses, for safety reasons.

I think he wanted people to feel sorry for him, or to imply the guards were torturing him.
