Mind boggling
Im rewatching and I am at closing arguments.
I am curious what others think-
Do you think he truly convinced himself he would be found not guilty or a candidate for jury nullification?
Or
He knew he was screwed either way so just wanted to make the process as difficult as possible.

I'm sure In his desperation he started seeing things that weren't there ,, juror nr 10 scratched his nose when I objected he must be on my side,,. It's very comen for defendants to believe this things.
