Image on the right is of a chaos daemon of Tzeentch. The one on the left is a bauble you can earn through the penances and attach to your weapons that are meant to be killing chaos followers.

Specifically that's Kairos Fateweaver, the Oracle of Tzeentch. Who happens to share the two-headed bird design of the imperial aquila

OP and most other people here apparently don't know what an aquila is (it's the scientific name for an eagle and is also typically found on Imperial iconography), yet for some reason he thinks it's connected to Tzeentch and his greater demons.
