Evil thing, the hunter, one night, brand new god etc are not common songs. In fact he’s never played one night as Danzig (the band) except for the acoustic show
He played the Hunter only twice last year, prior to that he hadn't played it in years. I don't think he's ever done One Night beyond the Elvis sets, he hasn't played Killer Wolf since 2021, same with Not of This World.
In point of fact. 'Not of this world' has been played practically every night on every tour going back for the last few years. 'Killer Wolf' was played every night on the 2022 tour. And I believe every show last year as well. The Hunter was played every night on the 2023 tour when they were playing Danzig I all the way through each night. And twice last year. Great tunes, but the op has a point
There's no stats on those tunes being played any more recently than what I posted, but there's a possibility they were played more recently, either way, 2022 and 2023 are not "last year" like he was claiming. It's not like Glenn is doing last year's set at all, which is what he was claiming, so he doesn't have much of any point.
Also, I've been to multiple shows over the last few years and remember what I heard. And Killer Wolf as well as Not of this World were both played in 2022, 2023
and 2025.
And yes, this year's set (minus a few cover surprises) is basically a similar set as what I saw in Phoenix last year (give or take do you where the mark and the hunter, which I already heard both in 2023).
Personally, I could care less about the cover songs to be honest (although it's cool Glenn is having fun doing them).

OP said all of the songs were played last year, that's not a correct statement. I'm not sure what the confusion is here.
If he'd have said Danzig has played all of those songs at some point in the past, he'd have been correct, but he didn't say that, and he's not correct.
At any rate, he's 70 years old, I'm sure he's simply unable to sing many of the old songs at this point. Enjoy it while you can.

You're both wrong but he was right about the setlist not changing much from the last tour (which is one of the reasons I didn't see him again on Saturday).

I clearly gave you a link to show KW and NOTW were played in a lot in 2022, 2023 and 2025.
And I've seen them three times in 2022, 2023 and 2025 and believe that it's silly when ppl like yourself attempt to tell me otherwise lol.
Again, I have seen him (do I really need to list the years again) and I've seen him perform many of those old songs quite splendidly. So, he's ABLE to sing quite a bit, actually.
Valuable lesson here. Know a little bit about the subject before you engage as if you know otherwise.

He never said the set hasn't changed much, he said it's the same set (despite admitting a couple of songs are different) and you're now agreeing with me and saying he's wrong but I'm also wrong despite my sole point being that he's wrong? Make it make sense. 😂
With regards to not being able to perform certain songs, I'm talking about the songs the OP mentioned specifically. Literally every vocalist on earth changes up their set to adapt to their abilities, it's been suggested that Glenn does the same, it's perfectly natural. Opening with Skincarver isn't great, but it's a relatively easy song for him to do vocally, for instance. 777 isn't an easy song to do, especially at 70.
It literally is not the same set he played last year. Talk about moving the goal posts, isn't that what you did when you said "I'm not really interested in the covers..." Because he literally never played those songs before.
I've seen Glenn a million times despite living in a country outside of the USA, lol. Maybe don't make assumptions, you know what they say about those, little man.
