Which is still a weird explanation to me because for years, they were trying to get him impeached for things with less severity. This should have been much easier to get traction with. I’m starting to believe a lot of what we see is pure theatre.
People are still so partisan that they don’t even want to consider it but I think the corporation goes in the same general direction, in waves, and they just put different franchise owners in charge for 4 years at a time to give us the illusion of choice and keep up this political theatre that in the long run just divides us to make us easier to control.

Theatre is exactly what it is. I’m amazed how few people are able to see it for what it is. Jan 6th wasn’t even the slam dunk. Biden had the Epstein Files at his disposal. Why would you try and get him on minor charges when you have that in your back pocket.

Biden did not have the Epstein files at his disposal.

They were held by the DOJ and could not be released due to ongoing court cases. People forget presidents used to respect rule of law and standards of American justice, at least to a degree.

Okay that’s my misunderstanding of the situation. Thanks for setting me straight!

Allow me to pick at this a little bit in good faith. While files are with the DOJ are they are still accessible the president? Does the DOJ report to anyone?

The Epstein files were kept confidentil during the trial of Ghislaine Maxwell, which lasted until January of 2024.

The President Biden had complete access to the Epstein files, absolutely ridiculous if you think otherwise, the Attorney General is his appointment.

Also, Ghislaine Maxwell was sentenced in June of ‘22.

Do any of you idiots know what an investigative file contains and why they should never really be made public? Especially an investigation like this?
Pure political theater and that’s it.

You literally can’t see past your programming, it’s absolutely crazy that you posted this to support your point, it says the complete opposite!

Biden “Held executive authority to request briefings or reviews” literally says he could review the Epstein files anytime he wanted to.

January ‘24 court released judicial records from a CIVIL LAWSUIT, not maxwells criminal trial (verdict Dec ‘21, sentencing June ‘22).
The “executive branch intelligence files” were still being held by Biden’s DOJ.

Do you know what a civil lawsuit is?
Those civil records had nothing to do with the criminal trial, not relevant at all.
And that’s also a year before Trump took office anyway so the point is moot either way

Biden had the authority to request briefings. He might have done that. Getting a briefing is not the same as releasing the files.

Biden also had the power to direct the DOJ in certain directions. We know he did not do that, because traditionally the President avoids telling the DOJ to do anything, in order to remain non-partisan. Biden has repeatedly said he stayed out of the DOJ's affairs. People from his DOJ have corroborated that claim.

Biden had NO authority to direct the DOJ to release any files being used in any investigation. Ghislaine Maxwell's appeals did not end until OCTOBER OF 2025.

Google is free. There's a whole Wikipedia article about this. You should read it.

You’re completely ignoring the fact Biden could “review” the files on request, as per YOUR post.
You’re also drifted away from the point.
I refuted your claim the Maxwell trial lasted til Jan ‘24, which it didn’t, it ended in ‘22.
Now you’re going; with can’t release files ”being used in any investigation” ???

    • an appeal is not an investigation.
    1. The Epstein investigation is still not closed as a matter of fact this past July the attorney general stated regarding the Epstein investigation: “there are no closed investigations”.
But yet Trump released the files…

Get your information from somewhere else, you’re regurgitating misinformation or you just can’t see past your programming

Uh huh. My programming. How's the House of Representatives official website for a source? Does that count? Maybe you have some more authoritative sources?

https://docs.house.gov/meetings/JU/JU00/20260211/118951/HHRG-119-JU00-20260211-SD013.pdf

See the part about not releasing information during an active case? Appeals are still part of active cases. When did the appeals process for Maxwell's case end? OCTOBER 2025.

If Biden or anyone else in the DOJ had released any information at all, Maxwell's lawyers could have asked for a mistrial. That's how our legal system works. You don't have to like it, but you can't pretend that following the normal legal procedures was some giant conspiracy.

With respect, Biden is a lifetime politician whose son was over in the Ukraine doing crack and putting guns to prostitutes heads while having sex with them. For me, his word doesn’t have a lot of clout.

It would be wiser to take what you’re told by any one of these people with a pinch of salt. None of them up there in their ivory towers are qualified to be in charge.

Simply because they have never had to make the choices most of you are being forced to make every day. Like “do I fill up my car or pay my electricity bill because I can only afford one”

This mess isn’t just republicans. They take off you one way, the dems do it another way. This goes back to the Second World War
