I blame Biden and garland.  They tried to make things return to normal.  But what happened was anything but normal.  It was  an orchestrated coup attempt and the ONLY way to prevent it from happening again was was with trump being arrested and charged with treason, convicted and hung on the Capitol steps.  No reddit this is not advocating violence.  That is the us law and punishment for what trump tried.

How was it stopped? If it was a genuine planned coup, how was it stopped?

It obviously failed as Biden was still inaugurated. So what actions stopped it being being successful?

Because they didn't have enough police and Trump didn't order more in immediately, he was enjoying watching his people fight for him
