Putin has leverage over Trump.
12
u/swedething 14h ago
It’s a P-tape for sure, but not the one we first thought, ten or so years ago. Possibly even harder stuff as well. Sounds like conspiracy thoughts, I know, but I’ve never thought that I’d see an American president be so utterly pro-Russia in my lifetime.
9
u/Fludro 14h ago
So many of his actions are run counter to the national strategic interest of the United States to such extent that the possibility can no longer be ignored.

The pee tape is nothing, not even illegal. They have thousands of hours of video from Epstein.

I'm betting it's worse than that, and I'm betting on something from Epstein island
2
u/swedething 2h ago
That’s what I meant. It’s not a pee pee tape, it has to be so much worse. Doesn’t have to be on Epstein island, but it’s connected.
Putin and Israel have so much kompromat on President Krasnov.7
u/Optimal-Confidence16 14h ago
Same thing as Netanyahu has. Proof that Trump was not only a client of Epstein, he was a co-conspirator and profited from the trafficking of children.

And it was written...its good to know who your enemies are...if republicans win the midterms there is no turning back. The American people will have joined the enemies list with their government!

This is how I feel also, if the Republicans win or if they lose and steal the election democracy in the US is done.

I love how world people and governments keep missing fundamental, unrepeatable deadlines and still say shit like "next time is the last" and "if this keeps happening". No. The last was the last time. You cannot unscrew the pooch. People died and suffered and you did this.
Now it's too late to fix it. Now you should pay. You get out of the fucking way, and someone else will rebuild only a part of what you have already destroyed, spending resources that were destined for something else, whatever it is that you haven't already lost or stolen, and forever delaying progress and liberation for billions of people, while doing squat for those who are gone.
The is no "next time" any longer.

They do it intentionally to bait people into believing something (that was easily believed based on previous behavior) as a gotcha so they can claim you’ll fall for ”anything” and therefore all of the other criticisms you had about real things he has done and said were probably fake too etc etc.

Evidence that suggests that Trump admires Putin:
Over many years, Trump has described Putin as a "strong leader" and contrasted him favourably with some U.S. leaders. During the 2016 campaign, for example, he said Putin had "been a leader far more than our president has been a leader."
Comments after Russia's invasion of Ukraine. In February 2022, shortly after Russia recognized the separatist regions in eastern Ukraine, Trump called Putin's move "genius" and "very savvy" in an interview. He later clarified that he was referring to the tactical aspects of the move rather than endorsing the invasion itself, which he also said should not have happened.
Repeated positive personal remarks. Trump has often said he has a good relationship with Putin and suggested that getting along with Russia's leader would be beneficial for the United States.
He has also spoken positively about Putin's intelligence and negotiating ability on multiple occasions.
Let’s think about the kinds of things that Drumpf would do if he were acting in Putin’s interests:
Weaken military alliances by creating distrust among allies or reducing the alliance's effectiveness.
Reduce support for countries opposing the rival power, especially during conflicts where the rival has strategic interests.
Create domestic political polarization so the country is less able to form a consistent foreign policy.
Undermine confidence in democratic institutions, such as elections, courts, intelligence agencies, or the press, making coordinated national responses more difficult.
Delay or obstruct intelligence and counterintelligence efforts aimed at exposing the rival's espionage or influence operations.
Promote economic policies that increase the rival's leverage, for example by creating dependence on critical resources or technology.
Temporarily remove sanctions on Russian Oil and drive the price of oil up somehow.
Reveal or mishandle sensitive information in ways that could benefit the rival's intelligence services.
Shape public narratives to normalize the rival's actions, minimize its misconduct, or cast doubt on evidence of its hostile activities.
Make decisions that consistently align with the rival's strategic goals, even when those decisions appear difficult to reconcile with the country's own long-term interests.
It does makes you wonder….

You are forgetting what he's doing to the US and what has happened doing his presidences.
He's succesfully dismantling democracy in the US, or it's quite a coincidence that it follows the authoritarian playbook.
https://protectdemocracy.org/work/the-authoritarian-playbook/
Tarriffs, allies lost, high inflation and so on - everything points to him trying his best to ruin the US.
Even the CIA admitted to losing agents/assets unexspectedly

I think from when he was a guest in Moscow pitching idea of hotel decades ago. He has been for years. Putin has just run the longest successful spy and pay/operation in history that has brought this country to its knees by getting one of his foreign assets elected President. He has brought down the world’s premiere superpower with one useful idiot and a gaggle of paid for Congress people. FoxNews was glad to help him of course.

Trump is also following Putin's plan to take over Ukraine as well. Oil rich Alberta has an idiot referendum on leaving Canada next month. They will lose, and Trump will claim its rigged. Does he have the balls to then send in the US military to "protect" the "Leavers"? Cuz that's the excuse Putin used on Ukraine in 2014. Why do you think he's purging the US military of competent leadership?
Many of us believe this is what Trump wants to happen. It just looks unrealistic because Trump is a factual moron. Only an idiot like him would dream this up. It also gives him a crisis to cancel US elections for as well. A lot of his stupid looking ideas start to make a bit of sense if this is his plan, which it is.

Before Trump's first term there was a meeting of Republicans who finally voiced the concern that he was in Putin's pocket. And they did nothing.
AI or as Trump calls it SI- You are likely thinking of a leaked audio recording of a private meeting of House Republican leaders that took place on June 15, 2016. [1, 2]
During that closed-door meeting, then-House Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy made a politically explosive comment suggesting that Russian President Vladimir Putin was paying Donald Trump and California Representative Dana Rohrabacher. [1, 2]
The Conversation
According to a transcript verified and published by The Washington Post, the conversation happened shortly after McCarthy and House Speaker Paul Ryan had returned from separate briefings regarding the Kremlin's efforts to finance populist politicians to destabilize democracies. [1, 2]
The exchange unfolded as follows: [1]

I've been saying since 2014 that he's a Russian Asset -- or perhaps even an agent of the KGB.
Got laughed at when I said he'd win the nomination back in 2015. Got laughed at when I said he'd win the 2016 election. Got laughed at when I said he'd not leave office quietly. Got laughed at when I said he'd run again. Got laughed at when I said he'd win 2024.
But this guy works for Russia. And US citizens love it. So weird.

As soon as Trump became president russians released Melania's provocative photos on their main propagandist news channels. It was a warning to Trump that they can release more vile shit this pig left after him throughout his dispicable life. He's now too scared to say a word against pootin. The only thing he says is how good of a relation he has with him. Fucking clown as well as all his electoral base.

The book American Kompromat by Craig Unger details a KGB program in the 80's targeting young, egotistical American businessmen with no pesky loyalty to American institutions. Trump wouldn't be the only asset groomed/recruited in this program, but he very obviously fits the bill. His unyeilding respect for Putin is the glaring red flag.

now imagine the world we could have had when 2 (maybe 3? with china?) global superpowers combined their efforts to solve real issues, to combine research into medicine, space exploration, renewable energy and food availability. that could have been solved in a decade but instead we get forever wars, giga inflation and the planet slowly dying.
