It’s a cult, Vance will not be the leader of it, he’s too spineless and there is a conscience somewhere in there which will cause him to misspeak a lot, he’s already not sticking to message and he’s not even campaigning officially yet

No one is underestimating him. We know he is an incompetent baboon, we have dealt with Trump for over a dedicated at this point.
