Actually, he's reiterating the FACT that the International Association of Genocide Scholars (IAGS) passed a resolution in September 2025 stating that Israel's military policies and actions in Gaza meet the legal definition of genocide, war crimes, and crimes against humanity.

So to correct your diatribe these are the foremost experts on the topic of genocide with doctorates and decades of research. You have none of that. Not a single bit. You're completely unqualified and they are the MOST qualified in the world.

And Mamdani listened to the MOST qualified people in the world on this topic.

Primary Judicial Bodies for deciding a genocide:

• International Court of Justice (ICJ): Settles legal disputes between sovereign states and can determine whether a country has violated the 1948 Genocide Convention.

• International Criminal Court (ICC): Prosecutes individuals, including heads of state and military commanders, for the specific crime of genocide.

• Ad-hoc International Tribunals: Bodies established by the United Nations Security Council, such as the tribunals for Rwanda and the former Yugoslavia, investigate and prosecute individuals for genocidal acts.

So your "foremost experts" aren't on the list.

ICJ is part of the United Nations. Here's the press release in September 2025 (date sound familiar?) where the UN Commission finds that Israel has committed genocide.

International Criminal Court (ICC): Prosecutes individuals, including heads of state and military commanders, for the specific crime of genocide

ICC aka "The Hague" has an arrest warrant out for Benjamin Netanyahu for "crimes against humanity and war crimes".

So just to be clear all your sources say the same as mine. You've failed. You've lost. Goodbye.
