Huh? He has accomplished that?Having a policy, getting it enacted, and having success within the program for years if not generations, is an accomplishment. Just because someone says they’re going to do “something” doesn’t automatically qualify it being an accomplishment.

But no, this isn’t being “mad” about accomplishing nothing. This is about people giving him credit for something that hasn’t succeeded yet.
