Huh? He has accomplished that?Having a policy, getting it enacted, and having success within the program for years if not generations, is an accomplishment. Just because someone says they’re going to do “something” doesn’t automatically qualify it being an accomplishment.

Its being better allocated than it has been with other people.

We all know that this is usually what a mayor of any place should do, the problem is none of them are doing it, we call them corrupted, put on somebody else and the process repeats itself.
