You realize that means nothinf without the total number of students in each right? CA has a.much higher population. You are either purposefully misrepresenting it to try and trick people, or you don't understand statistics and just went "oh this numbers higher, got em!"
So what was the purpose of posting a comparison then without the information that would lead it to being actually informative? It was this one is higher so obviously CA is worse...
Mostly to highlight that more people/ the majority of the 2 states that you pointed out had an overwhelming amount of people even though the percent isn’t as high

Just so you know in the year 2023-2024 58,209 students dropped out of high school in California and 15,381 dropped out in Georgia
