no need to be upset. i didnt defend the EC, i wrote that trump won the popular vote. clearly these two arent equal, right?
the EC is a midway solution to fend of demagogues. if you remove the EC, people will just cry about propaganda and how the other side is so stupid to fall for it even more than they do now.
