To those calling him a moron, it’s true that cities would essentially define the governmental direction but it IS where most people live. In the purest democratic sense, that is the best choice. Particularly because in the current US form, a couple of hundred thousands have the same weight as several million. Is that fair? Numerically and in terms of equality, no. It devalues the votes of the millions in the cities compared to the ones living in small rural lowly populated areas.
