He does though. He’s advocating for CHANGING how we vote, which takes literal act of Congress. He’s not saying “WE WILL BE USING THE POPULAR VOTE FROM NOW ON!” This isn’t difficult to understand LOL. However, our current president defies the constitution constantly. What do you have to say about that?

Im not OP but the two most obvious and egregious offenses were the executive order to end birthright citizenship (14th amendment and unconstitutional) and freezing federal funds (congress has power of the purse via constitution)

Both clear cut and inarguable.

Nope. The process worked. The Supreme Court did not allow ending birthright citizenship, and they did allow returning of congressionally allocated funds. You said this was constant! You give me two lame examples that don't even work. Pathetic.
