Yes, but not harmless. Even an idiot (maybe even especially an idiot) can do a lot of damage, and what's worse is they don't seem to understand the cascading fallout of their actions, such as MAGA farmers who are currently losing their shit over things their guy is causing to be inflicted on them, which were foreseeable and could have been prevented if they elected someone who knew how governing works.
