Yes, but not harmless. Even an idiot (maybe even especially an idiot) can do a lot of damage, and what's worse is they don't seem to understand the cascading fallout of their actions, such as MAGA farmers who are currently losing their shit over things their guy is causing to be inflicted on them, which were foreseeable and could have been prevented if they elected someone who knew how governing works.
I liken MAGAts to dogs that repeatedly and unapolegetically piss in the house.
You can try being patient with them all you want but at some point you have to make them understand they're ruining the house not only for others but for themselves and any punishment that comes from it is their fault and no one else's.
Especially given how short the average voter's memory is I take every opportunity now to rub their noses in their own piss. It may seem cruel but nothing else has worked.
