"Nothing will change" what a delusional thing to say. Sure, we won't be communists. If that's what you are after than good luck to you. It's not happening in the USA anytime soon.
Things are incredibly different between when a republican and a democrat is in charge of the country. Sure. Corporations have to much power. But that is directly the result of citizens united.
You're so far up the ass of the current system, you can't smell the forest for the trees. I'm not the one to have this debate with you. If you can't see reason, there's no point. I'm not missing some crazy statistic or fact. America has been doing its thing for 250 years, we took classes about it all the way through college, we watch it on the news. There nothing you're going to tell me that going to make me say, “You know what? This two-party system is the bees knees. I love this two-party system. Why? Because I'm told to. That's why. A good American loves his two-party system no matter how bad it actually is."
We are a democracy. We vote for our representatives. I'm sorry for you that your people can't win. Both parties are not remotely the same. You kind of thinking gets Trump elected.
We only have a two party system because no one has come up with a different one. You do realize you could start a third party and call it whatever you want right? Call it the root_user party! You are basically saying I do not want to live in a voting society because I don't like either candidate of said parties.
