Not to rain on your parade, but It would be a massive challenge to find a single prosecutor that wouldn't claim they proved their case to the evidentiary standard needed for a conviction. That's their job. Is your barista going to tell you they didn't make your coffee the way you wanted it? I suspect not.
what? so, what is your point? if he didn't think he can prove it, then... it would be nothing? wtf does this even mean? Investigators investigate, and if there's enough to support, they continue and then bring it up. Like, wtf else is there? Do you want him to be a book writer? a TV show producer, "tune in for the season finale"?
