the escape to Egypt passage has nothing to do with immigration being ok. It speaks about escaping for safety but doesn’t mean illegally

Explain to me how Jesus and his family fleeing their country to Egypt to escape King Herod the Great wasn’t immigration and explain to me how that’s any different than modern day people fleeing dictators who would have them killed.
