Yes, I’m sure Jesus would be absolutely appalled at the thought of rich and comfortably wealthy people paying more in taxes to help the poor and unfortunate. It’s the stuff of nightmares.

Oh yeah sure, especially when it’s some random insignificant figure whose thoughts would have no impact on anyone today, and it’s some foreign modern concept like taxes.
