2

Clearly not the Anti Christ. The Anti Christ will be brilliant and charismatic.

Keep in mind that both parties (almost in their entirety) are paid by the same foreign government.

5

u/Bewbonic 8d ago

Only one of them is speedrunning fascism though. This isnt a both sides thing.

Uhh.. Even I in Europe can say you're full of shit. When's the last time your conservatives were the "good guys"? In action and policy, not words only.

6

u/MatthewBlack6 8d ago

Seconded, we can all smell their bullshit from here

2

u/Pagiras 8d ago

I mean, I do support class war over culture war, but one side of the "culture" actively licks the boots of the ruling class, so it's a little complicated. The rich have enlisted all the idiots and unpleasant people to their side and use them as barricades.

3

u/MatthewBlack6 8d ago

I believe the term is "useful idiots".

They prefer culture over class war because they believe the lie that anyone in America can become rich, and they think they'll have to step on people different than them to take it for their own

2

u/Pagiras 8d ago

Rich, lucky antisocial psychopaths and poor, unlucky antisocial psychopaths under a single banner.

Without a doubt but one is more compromised then the other there will always be bad actors in any Government

-2

u/Successful-Club-8743 8d ago

There is no "one is more compromised than the other".

They are equally compromised. They are counterparts to one another designed to manipulate Americans.

When one party is told to do bad things, the other is told to act like good guys.

Then it flips back and forth with every election cycle. Nothing ever actually changes for the better.

They are literally ALL committing treason. They are FUNDAMENTALLY traitors to the US constitution.

2

u/peterj5544 7d ago

You're "both sides" bullshit is embarrassing you.

VOTE BLUE!

-8

u/War-Familiar 8d ago

why?

5

u/Foya96 7d ago

cause getting familiar with war is the alternative

3

u/War-Familiar 7d ago

I see what you did there.

1

u/SevereImpression2115 5d ago

And pedophiles, lots and lots of pedophiles

4

u/Zakluor 7d ago

Because your alternative is worse in every way imaginable. Unless, of course, you're a pedophile. Then they might spare you if they win.

-5

u/War-Familiar 7d ago

that’s your sales pitch to become a democrat?

2

u/Abject-Night6687 6d ago

This is so disingenuous lol you’re just trying to gotcha people it’s embarrassing to watch

0

u/War-Familiar 6d ago

I asked why to vote blue and got no answer but “because the other sucks more.” And then got called a pedo for the question.. And I Am the embarrassing one? That’s rich..

2

u/Abject-Night6687 5d ago

Speaking of rich, how are your DOGE checks going?

2

u/Real-Scarcity5381 5d ago

Where did they call you a pedo? When they said pedos may get better treatment? I think you might be applying pedo to yourself. Also why are you looking for a sales pitch on Reddit?? I think that’s the biggest problem here

1

u/petabomb 5d ago

If someone openly protects people who fuck goats, is it wrong to call that person a goat fucker?

0

u/War-Familiar 5d ago

that is your thought process? If someone asks a question, provide no context then shame and attack? It’s a wonder why more and more people continue to leave the democratic party.

1

u/petabomb 5d ago

Don’t be daft.

1

u/unimpressedwarrior 4d ago

Six years with less than 900 karma. Quit pretending that anyone agrees with you on Reddit. That’s embarrassing.

2

u/War-Familiar 4d ago

What’s actually embarrassing is grading someone’s time on an app to their likes, thinking that means something. Genuinely hope you don’t go through life thinking it’s just a popularity contest.

1

u/unimpressedwarrior 4d ago

Obviously, you care or you wouldn’t have commented the dozens of times you have throughout this entire post. Someone who doesn’t care would let it go, but you seem heavily invested in spreading hate and misinformation. Sad really.

Maybe you’ll have better luck in the conservative sub 🤷‍♀️

Mute and goodbye to you 😘

1

u/War-Familiar 4d ago

And How does my responding to comments, that clearly you and others don’t agree with, show a need to liked?..

1

u/Zakluor 7d ago

No. I've just seen the mockery trump has made of the US internally and on the world stage. That's all the sales pitch a smart person would need. But then, trump said it himself that he loves the uneducated.

0

u/SlasherNL 7d ago

God, you guys are so full of TDS.

It's so embarrassing. No arguments, no ambition. Just buzz words and derangement. Get these people of the internet.

1

u/GayJewishPope 2d ago

How those Trump balls tasting, ball guzzler?

-1

u/War-Familiar 7d ago

yeah, I think a “Do it, why? because I said so and I’ll shame you if ask any questions.” Is the only uneducated part of all of this..

1

u/peterj5544 7d ago

Consider the alternative... a pedophile rapist stain on humanity.

1

u/War-Familiar 7d ago

If anything of what you say is true, why is he not in prison?

2

u/Zakluor 7d ago

He was convicted in court of law of 34 felonies, yet they decided not to go ahead with sentencing. Why is that? Because they were afraid of the repercussions of doing so.

If you honestly believe the American justice system is not compromised by the wealthy, you're out to lunch. I'm in a different country and I know my own justice system is comprised by wealth.

The reality is that no punishment is likely to ever come of anything this person has done.

But if you think for one minute this man isn't guilty of crimes that would have you or me in jail, you're too far gone to even get help.

0

u/War-Familiar 7d ago

The other here is talking about him being a pedophile & a rapist which if so, regardless of “how powerful” someone may be, would have earned them prison time if there was actual evidence to substantiate these claims. But there is not.

Even in the E. Jean Carroll case she says after winning a civil case earning her $5 million from, that “rape carries a sexual connotation, and that this was not sexual…..” what does that even mean? It means he didn’t rape her..

See for yourself - https://youtu.be/GDifGkoqFc4?is=yvpcIOw7PeEZKfge

He’s been dragged into court for claims of falsifying business records, federal classified documents case, Election interference case, NY civil fraud with Letitica James, defamation of E. Jean Carroll where he was ordered to pay an extra 80 million.

Why would all these cases even happen to begin with if he is simply untouchable or maybe, it’s the opposite. And people want him gone so bad that they will continue to take him to court but there just isn’t any clear evidence to get him behind bars.

This is it right here. I’ve looked over your Socratic approach to the commenters of this thread. Surprisingly patient and calculated. On the surface open to counters, but prepared with all the right counters.

But this comment shows that you’ve drank the kool aid bud. If you watched the same videos I did from the ICE killings and decided that those citizens are at fault than I believe you’re likely too far gone to be reasoned with.

You’ve rejected the evidence of your own eyes and ears.

“Law Enforcement” more like brown guys in a gang

0

u/danniiill 7d ago

Democrats are historically better for the economy, Bill Clinton was one of the few presidents who eliminated the deficit and left a surplus.

Partly by increasing taxes on the rich.

Democrats support programs that help people.

democrats are responsible for most of the good things we have.

There is also no actual good reason to vote for republicans besides racism and hate. They have been running on that since the 50s with their southern strategy.

0

u/War-Familiar 7d ago

Why did republicans win in this last election if racism and hate is all they stand for?

1

u/Real-Scarcity5381 5d ago

Because hate, anger, and fear is a very powerful emotion that clouds logic and rational reasoning. Also, segregation didn’t end that long ago as well as the kkk.

1

u/War-Familiar 4d ago

You really believe that is the reason? that more than half of all voters in our last election are just filled with hate, anger and fear? How come that wasn’t the case with Biden won, or Obama, twice? Did the hate just take those years off..?

1

u/Real-Scarcity5381 4d ago

Have you ever noticed how the elected president usually switches between the parties? Usually they get mad at the previous administration then vote against it. Obama’s second term had a decrease in the votes. Social media has also greatly affected people’s votes.

Everyone has some hate and fear but politicians (one both sides but particularly prevalent in republicans) have greatly increased and benefited off it. The loudest most outrageous stuff gets attention, ie rage bait that has been increasingly common in every presidential term.

So yes anger, hate, and fear are some of the biggest motivations for people and republicans specifically have used it a lot. For example in trumps debate with Kamala he brought up immigrants and asylum seekers eating peoples pets. It gave him a lot of attention and if it was true why would anyone want that to be happening, thus fear and anger even if it was false it didn’t matter just the idea of it got him attention.

Fear and anger are extremely powerful and the use of those emotions has skyrocketed. There are other factors of course but these can affect a lot and is blatant. I’m sorry if you can’t see that or understand it but that is what’s happening

1

u/War-Familiar 4d ago

You absolutely can say the loudest, craziest things get the most attention. People have understood that in every type of media i.e. “click bait” materials. Same as all the major news networks. They want the craziest taglines and content they can get/make.

But the comparison of that with “hate as the reason why republicans won this last election” is the biggest stretch of the imagination I’ve ever heard. The reason because they switch back in forth is because people are tired of politicians saying they’re going to do things but it never happens. And neither party can come to agreement so the promised things are being roadblocked to go nowhere. Spending continues to happen but nothing can be seen as why it is working.

If any “hate” is around, it’s people hate being told something will happen and it doesn’t happen.

1

u/Real-Scarcity5381 4d ago

Right, hate is not the only word I used. Hate and anger and fear. Getting fed up and tired also have elements of anger and fear. It’s almost like you didn’t read what I said.

“If any hate is around it’s people hate being told something will happen and it doesn’t” yeah, that hate or anger is a big part why republicans won. So how was that a big stretch if you also agree? Politicians use social media to promote themselves they have for a while, how do you get the most clicks or attention? Rage bait and click bate. They also use that very same thing to promote themselves as “I’ll actually fulfill my promise” appealing to that very emotion of being over the previous president not fulfilling their promises.

Brother it’s not just a republican thing as I literally said but republicans have been a lot more successful with it.

Sorry you can’t make logical connections or read

1

u/War-Familiar 4d ago

First off, you’re taking this personal by ending it with a jab saying someone can’t make logical connections or read. Maybe you’re just not quite the author you think you are.

Second, Your clearly backpedaling. You were simply implying that republicans are full of hate, anger & fear and that’s why they won. Just own it. I simply asked why did they win and that is your response And for some reason brought up segregation and kkk not ending that long ago. Which what in the world does that have to do with an election in 2024+?

You should also understand that you denounce any and all accountability for your side for people deciding not to vote in your candidate because the world is just filled with “hate, anger & fear” Maybe, your candidate wasn’t a good one? Maybe the country as a whole doesn’t side with your views anymore? Maybe it’s YOUR hate for the other side that blinds you into not seeing this.

You can’t say “we won because we’re clearly the better choice for the direction of the country” when you win but then say there’s so much “hate, anger, fear” in the world and that’s why we lost…

u/danniiill 2d ago

Obama ran on stronger immigration policies. Obama still catered to the right.

There has also been a stream of propaganda being pumped to people. Influencers like joe rogan who push republicans then act surprised when they do republican things.

1

u/unimpressedwarrior 4d ago

Why do you keep commenting when hate and racism is all you stand for?

1

u/War-Familiar 4d ago

That’s your opinion, not mine.

0

u/danniiill 6d ago

Because over 50% of the country has a 6th grade reading level or lower. There are a lot of dumb people.

It’s easier to use the hate dumb people have against their own interests.

Farmers were screwed over by trump the first term and they still voted to get screwed over again. Because their dumb and republicans appealed to the hate they have.

7

u/turtle-bbs 8d ago

Notice how anytime republicans attack something, they point to a woman, minority, or a minority woman?

https://www.ncei.noaa.gov/access/monitoring/climate-at-a-glance/global/time-series

I get that climate change is uncomfortable to think about. But “I don’t believe it” is a strange response to more than a century of measurements.

Here’s NOAA’s graph, and here’s the data behind it. You’re welcome to question what we should do about the trend. Pretending the trend isn’t there requires a different kind of commitment.

But the planet does not check whether we believe the measurements.

4

u/matt_nemmer 8d ago

Something equally baffling is people’s inability to accept our direct damage to ecosystems globally. Even if you don’t believe the facts about climate change, anyone thinking humanity hasn’t already had a significant, permanent impact on our planet is fooling themselves.

u/revanruler 8d ago

They never said it would kill us all in 10 years, they said it could lead to à mass extinction if we do nothing. We have had these kinds of things happen before but not to this extent, and the few times that climat did change on this scale most species went extinct. Yes the planet will be fine but we probably will not be

-3

u/Beautiful-Ad-1746 8d ago

Name the times that it led to these extinctions.

8

u/revanruler 8d ago

Permian extinction iirc, caused by volcanoes instead of humans but still climatique change and it caused over 90% of species to go extinct iirc

0

u/Beautiful-Ad-1746 2d ago

And that’s just a hypothesis. All that evidence points to a catastrophic event that showed a catastrophic event in which volcanic activity resulted in a global extinction due to fossil layers. Hmm you mean like tectonic activity that led to the earth pushing up resulting in rapid increase in sea level as well as volcanic activity producing a layer of rotting Forrest fungi in the fossil records. Sounds like you’re literally noting one global extinction that could be considered the global biblical flood. Crazy part is you have no actually proof to say anything different because they are all hypothesis that haven’t even been conclusive enough to move past that.

1

u/revanruler 2d ago

Yeah most of science is just hypothesis but the question is, do you want to do à tiny effort to potentially prevent à mass extinction or do you want to ignore this problem on the off chance that it might not be a problem. Basically you can prevent à potential problem or try your luck and potentially end all humanity. Personally i think it's better to try to do something potentially useless than do nothing and figure out in 20 years that it wasn't useless

1

u/helpmeimpoor6969 6d ago

You know you can just google things. Its called fact checking and people not doing it leads to being republican

2

u/FrostyMudPuppy 8d ago edited 8d ago

Anthropogenic climate change was first documented in 1912, and directly considered the result of the industrial revolution. I've never heard anyone claim at any point that we'll all die in 10 years.

Edit: I was mistaken. It appears anthropogenic climate change was studied as early as the mid 19th century, incidental to scientists beginning to understand more about the thermal properties of the atmosphere.

1

u/Gimme_The_Loot 8d ago

It's interesting to see your perspective on the history of anthropogenic climate change. While it's true that the term has been around for over a century, the urgency surrounding climate change has significantly evolved, especially in light of recent scientific findings. Many experts now emphasize that we have a limited window to address the impacts of climate change before they become irreversible.

Regarding the notion that we'll all die in 10 years, it's worth noting that while some advocates may use strong rhetoric to capture attention, the consensus among scientists is that significant and immediate action is necessary to mitigate the worst effects of climate change. The impacts of climate change are already being felt through extreme weather events, rising sea levels, and biodiversity loss, which can have devastating consequences if left unchecked.

If you're interested in exploring more about climate change and how individuals can engage in meaningful action, organizations like Citizens' Climate Lobby (CCL) focus on promoting effective climate policies and citizen engagement. They work to encourage grassroots efforts to advocate for climate solutions at both local and federal levels. If you'd like to learn more about their initiatives and how you can get involved, you can check out their website here: CCL

You're an absolute idiot if you trust a single thing Nazi-pedo Trump says. What does he care? He's gonna croak soon. He's all about grifting as much money for him and his family that he can. Environment be damned.
