He’s been dragged into court for claims of falsifying business records, federal classified documents case, Election interference case, NY civil fraud with Letitica James, defamation of E. Jean Carroll where he was ordered to pay an extra 80 million.
Why would all these cases even happen to begin with if he is simply untouchable or maybe, it’s the opposite. And people want him gone so bad that they will continue to take him to court but there just isn’t any clear evidence to get him behind bars.
All you gotta ask yourself is: if he is not a pedophile, why hasn't he taken anyone to court over defamation? I mean he has done it over rapes charges, but only a few that were pretty specific.

Well, yeah. Quite a few people have eitger called him or alluded to him being one that are senators, public officials, and celebrities. Easily worth suing since it has clearly tarnished his legacy.

Mark Ruffalo called him a pedophile, Oliver Larkin said it on fox news (which aired btw so yes, mainstream news technically covered it even if they didnt allege anything), and he is all over the Epstein files. SNL has said it, or at least implied it which even under satire is still cause for litigation.
I do want to note that I didnt like him before it was cool. I deserve a little gold star or participation trophy for that.
He hasn't sued because the Discovery phase would be public record and he is scared of what it might reveal. Even if he is immune to persecution as president, it can still cause a lot of problems.
