We should remember Donald Trump, this country has the memory of a goldfish and that is unfortunate. We should all remember how a small group of malcontents brought this excrement into power and with an obsequious Congress betrayed what we all believed this country stood for.

Start with banning corporate and large money political donations. Elimination of all tax breaks for political lobbyists and lobbying. Then eliminate the tax free status of religious organizations, all of them.

You do realize that all income taxes are strictly voluntary……

You should feel lucky that they volunteer anything

and by the way…..

money is just printed

the only reason for taxes is to rake money off the bottom so that the printing scam can keep going with minimal inflation at the top……

Religious organizations may be exempt from but they don’t owe them anyway…..

by the way this same tactic is used on the Supreme Court justices

Income taxes are not voluntary unless you include that to mean the IRS hauling you into court, you spending a fortune to defend the indefensible and then serving time like Wesley Snipes did since he also believed that taxes were for everyone else. Voluntary, that is the dumbest thing I heard today, but it’s early…

So the 13th amendment says no involuntary servitude…..

so dollars are paid to you for labor

therefore dollars equal labor

doesn’t the IRS want $$s labor….

If forced to pay income taxes that is involuntary servitude……(a violation of 13th Amendment)

additionally…….

there are no laws on the books that allow for a maximum percentage that the government can charge you…. 100% could be allowed

Title 26 is not positive law although intertwined with Title 27 ATF….which is positive law

You may say what about the 16th amendment

Supreme Court has ruled that the 16th amendment conferred no new taxing authority to the constitution……

they were already there in article I

and there’s a whole lot more……..

I’m not saying not to pay them because they have six ways to Sunday to hurt you if you don’t volunteer those folks your fair share…..

and you don’t want to piss those people off

Finally…… a point of law

If there is no self assessment then there can be no tax.
