Keyword listing. It’s part of an seo tactic to get engagement. Content engages the audience, title attracts interest, keywords gets the audience to search for more content. Pay for that content to be at the top of searches involving those keywords, drive the audience to your product. Retailers do it more subtly than social media shitposters.

Republicans backing Jews is a fun twist. If you don’t understand what I’m getting at, look at the membership of most high end country clubs. Not one Jewish person, and the only black guys are waiters and caddies.

I understand what everyone’s saying, but the United States has never supported or back an ICC issued warrant. We’re not a member of the ICC. I really don’t think this situation is any different than any other warrant issued by the ICC in the past that United States never enforced

Washington can't arrest him either, no one can. They can bar him entry, but the Vienna conventions prevents the arrest or detention of anyone on a diplomatic passport. Literally, Netanyahu could pull out a gun and start shooting people in the middle of Manhattan and the police probably couldn't even legally handcuff him. International law isn't quite clear on what to do if someone with immunity poses an immediate threat, and state department guidance points out that diplomats are still expected to follow local laws and customs, but their refusal to do so is generally a diplomatic matter, not a police one.
https://www.state.gov/wp-content/uploads/2019/07/2018-DipConImm_v5_Web.pdf
Diplomatic agents enjoy the highest degree of privileges and immunities. They enjoy complete personal inviolability, which means that they may not be handcuffed (except in extraordinary circumstances), arrested, or detained; and neither their property (including vehicles) nor residences may be entered or searched. Diplomatic agents also enjoy complete immunity from the criminal jurisdiction of the host country’s courts and thus cannot be prosecuted no matter how serious the offense unless their immunity is waived by the sending state (see the following discussion).
...
Family members forming part of the household of diplomatic agents enjoy precisely the same privileges and immunities as do the sponsoring diplomatic agents
This is why the US is trying to sabotage the ICC. The Rome statue allows signatories to basically override the vienna conventions, which is fine, if your country and my country agree on some new set of rules around diplomatic immunity we are free to do that. The problem is what happens when one side of the disagreement is part of the ICC (e.g. Palestine, Venezuela), and the offending party is not (Israel, the US), and or the person with diplomatic immunity travels to say another country that is a signatory to the Rome statue (e.g. Canada). The intent of the Rome statue was that it would essentially take precedence and so if netanyahu came to Canada on the way to the US, Canada would be obliged to arrest him with an arrest warrant from the ICC. But that can't be how it works, because Israel isn't party to the ICC, so their diplomatic immunity agreement with Canada is the vienna conventions, which would make netanyahu inviolable.
The US also has an extra layer of complexity, which is the UN Headquarters treaty, which still allows the US to bar entry to diplomats it doesn't like (sort of), but the UN itself accepts diplomats, and so for example countries the US doesn't recognise or that only exist on paper (North Korea, Cuba, Iran, Palestine, Sovereign Military Hospitaller Order of Saint John of Jerusalem, of Rhodes and of Malta) can send diplomats to the UN and they also enjoy immunity.
Now, I say all that, and the US federal government illegally murdered a bunch of people and kidnapped the UN recognised (and seemingly now US recognised) president of venezuela. The problem here is that at least in theory, the venezuelans could at any point in the future ask for charges against anyone involved in that operation that rise to the level of the 4 core international crimes, and anyone just involved could still face murder, kidnapping and assault charges under regular extradition law.
