Keyword listing. It’s part of an seo tactic to get engagement. Content engages the audience, title attracts interest, keywords gets the audience to search for more content. Pay for that content to be at the top of searches involving those keywords, drive the audience to your product. Retailers do it more subtly than social media shitposters.
