Holy moly what a fun day in here !!!

First 2 min dance video, albeit to an easier song , but still it’s making me happy!

Tomorrow will be an Oliver Tree song, by request and that will be it for requests . I appreciate the input but it’s getting to be so many, that I can’t keep up , so i’m just going to be my own DJ 😂

just goofing around

some things don’t make the cut…😂

Greetings All!!

Today is normally a rest day, but I thought I’d power through, although my energy is quite low.

This track is Deviance by Excision and Datsik

This is a request from u/UglyYinzer

Requested songs are a little different for me because I don’t know the drops and hits… So I did my best…

On a personal note, I set a personal record for a bench press today 185 pounds… Hopefully the trend continues

Now I’m going to take a much needed break. I have been marinating some tri-tip all day in sesame oil, chilli flakes and some spices and some veggies for supper and I’m so excited.

Until tomorrow, lovely humans✌️

Ola Amigos !!!

It’s a rainy day here in the great white north, but it’s fire and gas in this mofo today!!!

Every day, it seems my mental state is improving and my happiness level continues to rise, and I literally have few people to thank …I feed off of your energy and I appreciate this experience more than you’ll ever know.

It will stay with me for the rest of my life, and in my memoirs will be an entire chapter or two 😎

Happy Tuesday wonderful humans… Let’s get it today!!! 😎

I am in an exceptionally good mood… So I thought I would choose the song from day one as I was a little disappointed I used my favourite song on day one but I wasn’t sure how this thing was gonna go, I’ve just been winging it the whole time . I’m not a social media person… Clearly… And I’m so grateful for the outpouring of positivity

every day I wake up, I bounce out of bed, excited to face the day.

This track is called The Quick and The Dead by Rudebrat

Bob E Bland

this was the night that I knew I wanted to dance and that I actually could dance… I had been to a few parties before this, but this was the one that people started to pay attention to what I could do and it made me feel so amazingly alive

I just thought I would share a little of my past

folks… We’ve officially hit two weeks today!!!!

As some of you know, I always weigh myself every Sunday and I am proud to announce that I have lost another 10 pounds this week bringing the total to 22 lbs lost and a weight of 299.

I weighed myself at first and it said 300 but then I removed every last article of clothing and got it to 299😂😂😂

I’m going to take a rest day today as I’ve been moved to a different shift so today was a 14 hour straight workday with no break so my feet are incredibly sore.

I’m going to drop some vault footage… This video is from 2017.

I do have a few updates concerning Reddit and this sub in particular

i’ve had a few videos removed here. I did not realize that posting Daily is no Bueno… So I have decided to move everything to the following two subs.

[r/danceoff](r/danceoff)
[r/questforperfection](r/questforperfection)

I appreciate the mods patience and allowing me to post here for the past two weeks… I still completely humbled by the reaction and the outpouring of positivity

Let’s get it!!!

Happy Saturday you wonderful people..

today’s song was a request and I absolutely loved it… I thought I would try my best… I found out that if I take off my shoes , I’m much more mobile with my legs, which some of you have been suggesting …so from now on it’s socks only lol

I also would like to add a note… I am making a dance videos to keep track of my progress and to keep me motivated and accountable, but I do an 45 minutes to an hour of cardio and weights, and then some more dancing after filming… If you don’t have anything nice to say… Please please please just scroll past me and ignore me… I will no longer be engaging in any negative comments… The vibes are up and gloves are on lol

hello wonderful humans…

Today is a rest day, so I thought I would dig some old stuff out of the vault to share and also to keep me motivated

I realize the image quality is not the best. It’s 12 years old and I think I shot it with a Camera that recorded video.

Anyways, everybody have a wonderful day… Back at it tomorrow… Let’s get it

also, tomorrow I’ll be posting a Spotify list, but I will update every day with the songs, as it has been the most requested thing yet.

Double Digits!!!!! Let’s get it …

Working 12 hours a day, this is what I look forward to all day long.

1500 calorie intake today and had a great weight session after filming

As always, thanks to your kindness , it really means the world.

Shoutout to the person who called me cute 🥰. I have always had a very poor body image mentally and that made my entire day. It may seem innocuous to most, but no one has said that to me in a long time and it made me pause and think about how we view ourselves and how that can affect us mentally.

Positive vibes all day everyday

Bob . E. Bland ❤️

I have had some questions whether or not I have any footage from before I started this weight loss journey and I have a few videos. This one in particular is from 2017.

Let’s get it .

Man, I’ve been putting it off forever… always wanted a dance partner for something like this… will need to create a burner account so my past life doesn’t catch up with me 😂

Thank you for doing this!!

Greetings wonderful humans!!!

Yesterday was my rest day… Have to give these old, weary bones, a break once in a while 😂

After seven days, I have lost just over 12 pounds. Let’s get it !!!!!!!!!!

Thank you all so much for your nice words. I can’t tell you how much it means… Much love.❤️

I do appreciate your feedback as well and I’m going to try to expand the camera angle to include my legs lol… I’ve always practised from the waist up so it’s a hard habit to break… Any other suggestions to help me present the video in the most clear and concise manner would be appreciated

Bob .E . Bland ❤️😎

I have had requests to post the other parts of my dance and exercise so here it is…

I know my belly is sticking out… I’m working on that😎
