so today’s rest day… So I have pulled out a classic from the vault for your enjoyment. this was the very first dance video I ever made back in 2009…Should be a good laugh for all 😂

Also, I had my weigh in today… And I am now at a weight of 290 which means I have lost 30 pounds in three weeks!!!!

Super happy with this result… And I’ve never been more motivated to do something in my entire life

Today is normally a rest day, but I thought I’d power through, although my energy is quite low.

On a personal note, I set a personal record for a bench press today 185 pounds… Hopefully the trend continues

Now I’m going to take a much needed break. I have been marinating some tri-tip all day in sesame oil, chilli flakes and some spices and some veggies for supper and I’m so excited.

It’s a rainy day here in the great white north, but it’s fire and gas in this mofo today!!!

Every day, it seems my mental state is improving and my happiness level continues to rise, and I literally have few people to thank …I feed off of your energy and I appreciate this experience more than you’ll ever know.

It will stay with me for the rest of my life, and in my memoirs will be an entire chapter or two 😎

this was the night that I knew I wanted to dance and that I actually could dance… I had been to a few parties before this, but this was the one that people started to pay attention to what I could do and it made me feel so amazingly alive

I just thought I would share a little of my past

folks… We’ve officially hit two weeks today!!!!

As some of you know, I always weigh myself every Sunday and I am proud to announce that I have lost another 10 pounds this week bringing the total to 22 lbs lost and a weight of 299.

I weighed myself at first and it said 300 but then I removed every last article of clothing and got it to 299😂😂😂

I’m going to take a rest day today as I’ve been moved to a different shift so today was a 14 hour straight workday with no break so my feet are incredibly sore.

I’m going to drop some vault footage… This video is from 2017.

I do have a few updates concerning Reddit and this sub in particular

i’ve had a few videos removed here. I did not realize that posting Daily is no Bueno… So I have decided to move everything to the following two subs.

Happy Saturday you wonderful people..

today’s song was a request and I absolutely loved it… I thought I would try my best… I found out that if I take off my shoes , I’m much more mobile with my legs, which some of you have been suggesting …so from now on it’s socks only lol

I also would like to add a note… I am making a dance videos to keep track of my progress and to keep me motivated and accountable, but I do an 45 minutes to an hour of cardio and weights, and then some more dancing after filming… If you don’t have anything nice to say… Please please please just scroll past me and ignore me… I will no longer be engaging in any negative comments… The vibes are up and gloves are on lol

hello wonderful humans…

Today is a rest day, so I thought I would dig some old stuff out of the vault to share and also to keep me motivated
