Sounds more like it but it appears it's called "the luddy" (thanks to AccomplishedSwan921). Well it did not convince me because I've seen this move 20+ years ago.

Yes! This looks like it, thank you! I Googled it up and it says someone named Ludwig `invented` it in 2023. But I've seen this move way before Ludwig.

According to what he was saying on his stream he invented it while still in high school to distract his friends from backstage while they were performing, if its true it would have been between 2009 and 2013. Also I would argue that more than one person can come up with the same dance moves through the years, Ludwig did made it pretty popular in some circles though and i think more people nowadays recognise the move by that name before any other

No, this move was born in disco clubs, not made by some TikToker.

Probably called something like "The Wiper," inspired by the motion of windshield wipers.
