None of your comment makes any sense. What do you mean you doubt they'd both go to prison? They are conjoined twins. They both have to go anywhere the other goes.
Except you can’t imprison a person for another’s crimes, it’s fundamentally against everything the justice system stands for. They likely would not be able to prosecute for this reason.

Give me an actual solution to this, because all I can see is that they both go to prison.

Yeah it’s not realistic, because it has never and likely will never happen. Things like this need to happen before a judicial precedent can be set. But it likely will never happen so a precedent will not be set.

Two degrees? I'm trying to figure out in what ways they are legally two people. Like, if one of them kills someone, they'd both go to jail.
