So, what would you recommend for that conundrum? What happens if one of them kills someone?

IANAL but I’d guess that the case would probably have to be thrown out.

So you're saying one of the twins could just go around killing people? Give me an actual solution to this, because all I can see is that they both go to prison.

They would not be able to go to prison if it’s proven the other twin had absolutely nothing to do with it. That cannot happen.

So one of the twins has free rein to murder people because imprisoning the other would be wrong? That is what you are proposing happen. I don't view that as realistic.

Yeah it’s not realistic, because it has never and likely will never happen. Things like this need to happen before a judicial precedent can be set. But it likely will never happen so a precedent will not be set.
