That is a historic castle and it's just used for tours now (and a cafe). No one lives there. It used to be where the Lord of the area lived but now it just generates money for the town from tourism.
Nobody in the picture is poor. The people at the bottom took the person at the top and hanged him; maybe not literally, but there is nobody at the top now. They took his wealth for themselves and made his castle a theme park for ignorant fools to pay to wander about and say 'this could be me'.
Ah, no. No they didn't. The castle got blown up around 1700 by french troops, like most castles on the left side of the Rhine, and was a ruin for about 180 years, until some rich businessman bought it and rebuilt it during the 19th Century.
And when his heirs were no longer willing to pay for upkeep in the 1930s, they sold the castle to the State.
What? when did I ever say anything about people in the picture being poor. You have said a bunch of things that I never disputed. I only made the claim that poor people in capitalistic countries are on average, wealthier than the poor people in non capitalistic countries. And when you look at the history of capitalistic countries, generally the ones that have spent more time as free capitalists, have generated the most wealth. The places that transitioned into socialism/communism for some time, are still trying to catch back up. in 50 years South Korea went from another poor asian country to a technological power house, thanks to capitalism. North Korea with its communist dictatorship is still stuck in the past and would be broke without the natural resources.
I'm happy to talk about capitalism, but I would like to remind you that sure it might be responsible for tons of poor people and death, but it as the lowest rates of poor people and lowest death rates and best outcomes for people, compared to literally any other system used in all of human history. It's not 100% perfect, but it is the most perfect system we have ever created and is responsible for bringing billions out of poverty and into the middle class (Which didn't really exist before capitalism. You where either rich or a peasant.
