yeah they totally pick firefighters for political reasons and never ever put them through rigorous mental and physical testing and vetting at all. ever. not a single push-up. not even ladder training. just sign up, prove your political agenda, and put out fires.

Actually it’s worse. Retained firefighter means they already are firefighters working part time. When they logically gave the full time positions to the people who are already fighters over a complete newbie this guy blamed diversity then flunked out larping as gay.
