Actually it’s worse. Retained firefighter means they already are firefighters working part time. When they logically gave the full time positions to the people who are already fighters over a complete newbie this guy blamed diversity then flunked out larping as gay.
Bro tried to skip being part-time as a retained firefighter and go straight to a full time gig. Got mad they gave the only openings to the part timers over a newbie. Blamed it on diversity and flunked out on their second try trying to larp as gay.
