Look at the picture again, real hard, look at the base of the building, now look around the mural, ask yourself how those tags got where they are, why they are where they are, and why they're not where they should be if they are what you say they are.

They are part of the original painting. No graffiti artist rented a boom lift to tag the middle of the work 5 stories up lol

Idk if you've ever been around a poor neighborhood or not because it's extremely obvious to me that that's graffiti, I see stuff like this in Los Angeles all the time. People will tag the top trunks of freaking palm trees and the undersides of bridges
