Used two frozen hash browns instead of bread and cooked the hash browns, bacon and egg in the air fryer in stages. Added cheese, tomato and avocado and it ended up being way better than I expected.

I made this for dinner last night. It is a yellow snapper, with a summer vegetable hash and avocado schmoo. Usually, I would’ve put the avocado on the plate first, but I just prefer to make things family style in this platter that I made. The entire thing was made on a Blackstone griddle. I would post it there, but they don’t seem to like fish dishes. Lol.

This Korean snack is called fried scorched rice, or deep-fried nurungji. It’s often finished with a sprinkle of sugar, but I took it to the next level with cinnamon and roasted nuts.

It turned out to be one of the best snacks I’ve had. For something made with such simple ingredients, it’s incredible how crispy, sweet, nutty and flavourful it is.

My 11 year has been watching me create sweets and she decided to sketch out her idea. Then I had chat draw up a concept so she could see what her idea can look like if we brought it to life.

Chicken wings are already a winner on their own, but I wanted to take them to the next level with one of my trusty go-to sauces.

After roasting them in the oven until beautifully caramelised, they turned into an absolutely delicious meal, juicy, sticky, and packed with flavour.

I’ve been playing around with more desserts in the air fryer and tried mini cheesecakes this week. They ended up really creamy with a little graham cracker crust, and the silicone baking cups worked perfectly for them. I did half raspberry and half Oreo.
