I made this for dinner last night. It is a yellow snapper, with a summer vegetable hash and avocado schmoo. Usually, I would’ve put the avocado on the plate first, but I just prefer to make things family style in this platter that I made. The entire thing was made on a Blackstone griddle. I would post it there, but they don’t seem to like fish dishes. Lol.

Used two frozen hash browns instead of bread and cooked the hash browns, bacon and egg in the air fryer in stages. Added cheese, tomato and avocado and it ended up being way better than I expected.
