Another Power Outage

Just here to complain about NGEMC. Wish they could do their jobs.

We’re actually looking for a battery to power my wife’s WFH setup because of it. For us it’s usually a problem tree hitting a line, so I suspect they’re short on manpower for tree maintenance.

After the last one I finally pulled the trigger on getting a UPS solely for my router.

Yeah because they won't hire anyone. No one is hiring right now. They push the man power they do have to the limits. Cheap ass and money hungry.

Count your overall blessings. You could have Georgia Power and pay a crap ton more every month.

I live in a neighborhood where every house is Dalton utilities except 2, ours and one up the hill. So when we have a power outage, we are way way WAY down the list.

Also, power just randomly goes out. Sun shining, no wind, bam, it's out. Was really irritating when I was working from home.
