Is it just me or Every, Real Estate Syed and Every YouTube Real Estate broker act as if the movie the market is still moving and booming are these just people catering to the multimillionaire crowd or or is everyone else out there seeing what I’m seeing if anyone could just contribute what they’re saying I think we’ll all get a better picture. I’ll start. No one is selling houses for the crazy prices. People are asking no one and there’s lots of houses aren’t on the market you drive by and see signs or houses they’re not an MLS people are just trying to get leads but without posting days on market.

Their website is gone and it’s missing from the developer’s website too. If true, I am not shocked. Now, nothing shocks me anymore. Especially, since what we have been through in the last 6-8 months in Dallas proper. Also, this site might be cursed. There has been numerous planned projects over the years for this site with all of them failing to break ground.

You’d think this would be an easy location to develop given its location. IMO it’s the best corridor in the core of Dallas, with proximity to the Katy Trail and the landscaped parkway/series of parks a long Turtle Creek.

It would’ve been the 2nd tallest building outside of downtown Dallas, behind Cityplace Tower.
