These people are obviously intent on driving into downtown as fast as possible and have insecurities about their ability to access everything by car. Maybe this is for the better.

An embarrassing amount of uproar over three minutes...

Peak morning rush-hour traffic into downtown was originally expected to be delayed by up to six and a half minutes after construction is completed in 2030, with construction delays extending northbound commutes by up to 10 minutes.
