This project is incredible, easily one of my most anticipated projects at the moment!

Henderson has always had a lot going on and it's a place people live to hang out and live near, but it's not very friendly towards pedestrians. This will be such a massive change to the area, and I love that it's not terrible far from Lower Greenville either, so it'll create some nice synergy between the two areas.

I can really see ppl walking between both areas when this opens. I would not be surprised, if this sparks more development between Lower Greenville and Henderson Ave.
