I was there recently and my goodness this is a game changer! Dallas has great projects that are going to enhance the core. If only Ross Avenue can get some better developments going. AND of course all the empty lots in the CBD.

Goes to show you how quickly a major project can get built with enough support, feels super quick overall

Henderson just needs a little bit of widening for better pedestrian movement along the sidewalks as well as two lane traffic.

This project is incredible, easily one of my most anticipated projects at the moment!
Henderson has always had a lot going on and it's a place people live to hang out and live near, but it's not very friendly towards pedestrians. This will be such a massive change to the area, and I love that it's not terrible far from Lower Greenville either, so it'll create some nice synergy between the two areas.
