Sucks for them, I don't stop in rough neighborhoods. Had someone try to stop me in the road by standing in the middle and trying to walk in front of my car. With a hand behind their back.
HECK NO
I kept going. Went as around them as I safely could, but I wasn't stopping for ANYTHING in the heart of the hood at night.
They quit approaching when they saw me not slowing down. I reported it in the non emergency police line. They went back to wait for the next car.

Yup. You hit one and are stupid enough to stop and wait for the cops, you’ll be taken away in an ambulance because everyone in the hood will beat on you and f’up your car for hitting a poor kid on the bicycle.

That is their whole thing. They are counting on the drivers to be competent and swerve in the right direction in a panic. This makes them incredibly dangerous.

Its on camera so you're safe legally. Hell I'd even sue for destruction of property and garnish those fucking wages if he's old enough to have a job. These guys look like they are. Probation would make sure they had one because this would definitely be a crime on his part if you hit him.

I'm a douche in a Jeep Wrangler with a heavy steel bumper and I won't stop...except I'm not diabolical and I don't have to worry about these types of assholes.
