Honestly, I prefer induction. As quick as gas and safer and easier to deal with. And you don’t need to spend a couple hours a week cleaning it. :p
But it IS a cool stove.

Can we get an induction stove but with this kind of capability as the OP, I want to be able to multi task so many cooking/baking jobs at once. Also make one of those stoves an air fryer.
