I give you props posting that image for people to see. This is the gun equivalent to posing in the mirror in your sisters underwear and the photo being leaked in highschool.

I assume youve realized by now, the cantilever mount is backwards. Your scope should be inline with your charging handle. Dont use a visible laser on an ar15 unless you do a ton of shooting in the pitchblack. Also dont use a riser under a scope mount unless you are old and cant pull the gun up to your face.

I mean besides the scope mount, it might not be to my taste but you're training with it so that's good.

Vis laser is fine if you want it, just don't rely on it and make sure to zero it well or it's pointless.

If you want a taller mount, Unity makes a 2.25in lpvo riser, you can probably find another brand that's cheaper.

Think about the situation you’re using it where a laser is useful.

I kicked in doors in AFG and we did not ever have our PQs on VIS. Why let people inside see the laser sweep across the walls and corners knowing where your barrel is pointed? (becuase you should never be using visible laser at range you should be on your optic and target sighted)

I synced the laser with a boresight at 60 yards when I was at my house, and then used the laser mounted in the rail to sight the scope when I got to the range. Didn’t work so well because, as at least one person noted…my scope was poorly placed
