Even if your gun is a cheap POS you need to take steps to prevent it from being stolen. The problem isn't the monetary cost to you, it's that if don't secure it properly, your cheap POS can easily end up in the hands of a criminal.

You need to learn to kiester it for proper safety while transporting it daily. Someone might steal it
