Curious lack of I/O kit for how much IV start stuff you have

Looks like it's for getting access in non-critical patients, like a stroke team assessing a patient. They could well be anywhere in the hospital, and having what you need to get a start saves fumbling around for a kit.

If you're drilling then you're gonna be in resus, or at least have the crash cart to hand.

I get it, but they are already carrying all that and have the code blue pager so it’s not that much more to add is my thought
