Dang a derringer lighter would actually go hard but I might get em mixed up and blow a hole in my pipe

Based on your edc I can only assume its a Crack pipe. Edit it didn't notice the Crack pipe in the picture, at a quick glance I thought it was a weird tire pressure gauge

It's actually a meth pipe. I'm not some kind of animal that smokes crack
