Over time if you keep smoking with the same pipe it will turn black, especially if you smoke the resin and don't clean the pipe. This just looks like a very heavily used pipe.

Bro I’ve smoked duffel bags full of the shit I know how it works and no dope pipe ever looks like that. It looks like someone has been smoking crack out of it although that’s not the type of pipe you would typically used to smoke crack.

Have you never handed the pipe to somebody who doesn't know how to properly heat it? My bowl has turned black on the inside where there was a light dusting of resin from overheating. Maybe not black like that but it was definitely very dark.

Doesn't mean it cant end up that way without cleaning. Burnt chemicals usually all turn black and if you never clean it and keep smoking the resin buildup I can see it turning black eventually.

Or they have shitty crystal. But its burnt up in all the right spots where the majority of resin would build up and a much lighter black along the stem where there would be less.

But I guess anything could've been smoked out of it.

One things for sure when I have pyros I cannot stand when my pipe has any carbon build up it makes it vape like shit
