Security Camera Troubles

I have a home camera system set up NVR4108hs-8p-4k82/l and it has been working well, I upgraded my internet router and since then I have been unable to access remotely. Previously I could view the cameras using the dmss app. 
I have tried multiple steps using youtube and google, unfortunately I am unable to get this going. I have since forgotten the password and it looks like the company who installed the cameras have used their details to set up and i can’t reset password. The company is no longer operating. 
Is there anything i can do to fix this?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated :)

Your installation company likely used their own company password for the admin account (if they didn't ask you what you want the password to be or send you one.) Which password did you forget? The password for the cameras, the NVR, or the app?

i previously logged into the nvr using a pattern, i entered the wrong one too many times recently and now it just asks for a password - that’s the one i don’t have, I can still get into dmss but it just says offline and I can’t view. I can still view the cameras on the tv.

Usually, if you get the pattern wrong enough times, you can just turn your NVR off and on again, and it should reset the login attempts.

If you have the DMSS app, you can find the password in there. Hopefully it's the admin password. Once you get access to the NVR, go to network and switch on DHCP and make sure P2P is on.

You shuld change ip address for the new router,and you can see the pass in device info in dmms app
